What areas do you cover in your shipping/delivery?
We currently only deliver within Metro Manila via Lalamove or Grab Express.
We're working on expanding our shipping options soon, so stay tuned!
When do you deliver and how soon will my ice cream package/order arrive??
We want our customers to enjoy the freshest ice cream possible, so we carefully manage our delivery times.
If you order before 11am, we can deliver your ice cream the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following day. (Orders placed after Saturday 11am will be delivered on Monday.)
We'll send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order. Please review it carefully to make sure everything is correct.
Since ice cream is perishable, it's important to let us know if you or your recipient will be available to receive the delivery that day. You can let us know the best available arrival date and time during checkout.

If I order online, how do you ship my order?
Depending on the amount of your order, we'll deliver your ice cream in an insulated styrofoam box to keep the contents perfectly frozen while its being delivered to ensure that it remains fresh and arrives at its highest quality.
Ice Cream is perishable so please make sure that you or someone else is home to receive the order. Please leave notes for us during checkout if you have any additional notes & reminders during delivery.
