Shipping policy

Shipping Handcrafted Ice Cream and Frozen Desserts is an intricate operation.
There are some important things we've learned over the years that will ensure the highest quality of your frozen dessert.
  • Shipping is computed during checkout by selecting the appropriate shipping zone for your location.
  • Order cutoff is at 3PM for same day delivery. For orders not currently available, we need 5 business days for our chef to create your ice cream before it can ship.
  • We'll send you a detailed Order Confirmation email. Please review it carefully and make sure everything is just the way you want it including the correct shipping address. Once your order enters fulfillment, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • This is because cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped. Any changes to shipments once they've left our store will result in additional transit time and melted product. Reships will be at the customer's expense
  • And since ice cream is highly perishable, it's important you or your gift recipient know it's on the way to make sure they'll be able to receive the shipment. We ship mainly via LALAMOVE and require a signature for delivery so it's important that you or your recipient of their upcoming gift is available to receive the shipment. The courier/driver will inform you that they are on the way through your/the recipient's mobile number you gave during checkout so kindly ensure the accuracy to avoid any delays or returns. The Blissful Story cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address/contact number information.
  • That said, in the unfortunate case that we DO make a mistake on our end (and there is meltage), we’ll be happy to correct it with a reshipment (if the flavors ordered is available). A refund is also an option, if preferred.
  • For Client arranged Pick-Ups/shipments, unless indicated we will ship your ice cream in an insulated foil bag. If your shipping address will take longer than half an hour from our store location, we will recommend for an additional cost purchasing a reusable styrofoam cooler (or dry ice for shipping times longer than an hour inside a cooler) to ensure the freshness of the ice cream and avoid meltage. We will not be responsible for meltage that occurs for any client-arranged pick-ups/shipping outside of our recommended shipping advice.
  • Due to our products being highly perishable, if weather conditions or holiday weeks cause significant delay, our shipping schedule is subject to change.
